Performance APC
Reprogrammed engine management has produced an additional 30 HP over the stock units. Our unit allows for a higher boost pressure for better acceleration in all gears. Our unit also has enhanced sensitivity to knock (detonation) for greater safety. Our units have always been reprogrammed to eliminate "boost fade" unlike similar units being sold today. If you have an APC controlled 9000 you need this upgrade. It is the platform for most of our engine enhancements and will provide you with the most power per dollar. Installation is easily achieved in under 20 minutes with nothing more than common hand tools. This unit is sold on an exchange basis.

Reprogrammed Engine Management
Reprogrammed ignition and fuel injection computers create another 40 horsepower. This unit was designed to give explosive power and acceleration in all gears. Gas mileage will be about the same as a stock 9000 depending on how much more time you spend with your foot on the floor. This is our most recommended upgrade and is the basis for most of our other engine upgrades. If you are serious about performance this is a MUST! Available for both manual and automatic transmissions. The unit is easily installed with common hand tools in about an hour. This unit is also sold as an exchange unit.
Trionic (post 1991 9000 turbo)
Aero (30HP increase over stock!!!)
Our special heads have been carefully blueprinted and gas flowed to improve performance and response in the higher RPM range; right where it is needed most. The stock heads start to cut the power short at 3900 rpm while our heads pull hard way past redline. If you need serious power our head will help with at least a 10 HP increase depending on what other modifications have been made to your car. *Exchange Basis

High Flow Intercooler
Our high flow intercooler helps to reduce the intake charge in turn allowing you to use a higher boost pressure; all without a reduction in the safety margin of you engine. The reduction in temps means another 8 HP. Take a look at our article on intercoolers here.

Performance Exhaust
This is a Catalytic converter back system made of stainless steel offering both a 12 HP increase, faster turbo spooling times, and a sporty sound. It doesn't get much better than this. This system will likely last as long as your car. All systems include a free polished tip.

Ecopower Upgrades
Offers a 30 HP increase through reprogramming of both the fuel injection and ignition computers. These units use the same technology as our famous Trionic units that are shown above.

Improves air flow allowing for a 2 HP increase. 10 year/ 1 million mile warranty. These filters are available in an open type Filtercharger as well as a replacement drop-in filter. Lightweight Flywheel
Fidanza Engineering has work closely with SAAB Performance to design the ultimate flywheel. Our new flywheels provide superior weight reduction and the best friction materials available. A lower flywheel inertia allows for better acceleration in all gears. This unit is great with our performance dual friction clutch.

Dual Friction Clutch
Our dual-friction clutch offers up to a 90% increase in holding power compared to the stock clutch. This is a necessary upgrade as soon as you start to produce more power. The stock clutch just won't hold up to the stress and heat generated by the extra power. Installation is exactly the same as the stock unit. Throw-out bearings extra.

Sport Suspension Kit
Lowering the car 30mm reduces body roll, increases stability, and improves steering response. Aerodynamics are also enhanced. Spring rates are stiffened by about 20% to prevent any encounters the bottom of your car may have with bumps. Wheel clearances are not a factor as there is still plenty of room for travel.
